Job Description
Drive development of transformation and strategic agenda of NTG, aligned with Corporate/ XDT directives. Lead overall strategic planning process and the formulation of NTG OKR & BSC, and drive alignment across the entire organization, down to PPEs. Drive execution of strategic transformation initiatives, including status reporting; surface challenges to implementation; steer Mancom agenda aligned to the OKR/BSC. Lead and project manage strategic initiatives in the areas of org simplification, process optimization, and other key initiatives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
