Network Specialist (St. Catharines)

The Network Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s enterprise network and voice infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Focused on performance, security, and reliability, the role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and executing maintenance activities to ensure stable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Network and Voice environment (on/off prem) as part of a team of Technology Specialists
• Configuration and administration of routing and switching equipment, hosted Teams Phones (Voice), Operator Connect, firewalls, SD-WAN solutions, load balancers and branch Wi-Fi
• Recommend, plan, and implement Azure networking solutions
• Deploy networking solutions using the Azure Portal, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates
