Position: Security & Network Operations Center (SNOC) Analyst I
Work Setup: Hybrid, 2x-3x a week onsite
Shift: (Night during training, Mid / Day after )
Location: Cebu / Manila
Job Summary:
The Security and Network Operations Center (SNOC) Analyst monitors and manages operations of the systems, services, and security. Handles tier 1/2 support for systems/application administrators as needed for installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The position works under close supervision and normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports the IT department's operational, failure/recovery and performance testing in both the test and production environments
• Performs technical support for maintenance of business and ongoing project implementations.
