Job Description

Conduct onboarding and provide training on workflows, safety protocols, and

standard operating procedures.

* Enforce safety rules and identify and resolve on-site risks.

* Promote standardized practices to ensure orderly and compliant operations.

3. Technical Support & Collaboration:

* Respond to client requests and assist with server hardware issues (e.g., power,

memory, hard drives, cabling).

* Provide support for system deployment, testing, and acceptance.

* Document common issues and resolutions, and contribute to process and

knowledge base improvement.

* Collaborate with internal engineers to ensure timely issue resolution.

* Provide technical support related to network switches, including physical

connection, basic configuration coordination, and troubleshooting of port/cabling

issues.
