Network Platforms Lead

About the role:

As part of the Enterprise Platforms Team you will be responsible for the operational health, stability, and prioritisation of the enterprise network platform. This role provides clear day-to-day direction to the MSP, owns incident and change outcomes, and ensures network services are reliable, predictable, and fit for purpose. The Network Platform Lead assesses risk, manages lifecycle and end-of-life remediation, and acts as the primary escalation point for network-related issues supporting both MSP and Network Engineers.

  • LAN, WAN, SD-WAN
  • Routing, switching, network segmentation
  • Internet connectivity and carrier services
• Ensure network availability, performance, and resilience
