Network Operations Center Administrator

Position overview: BSSC, DIM and DCO team are responsible for the day-to-day operations in monitoring, managing, troubleshooting issues relative to the performance of the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, and services to support the business. Identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal IT operation.

Key Responsibilities: Combined (BSSC, DIM & DCO)

Ensure flawless and consistent execution of rapid response to critical operational incidents and alerts

Provide highly customer-focused leadership on technology bridges (onshore or offshore) for all incident severities (P1, P2, and critical operational events)

Maintain a strong technical, end-to-end knowledge of complex digital systems, including the delivery pipeline and production stack

Monitor and manage production/development servers (UNIX/Windows), applications, and systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability
