Role & responsibilities
The Network Infrastructure Engineer is responsible to:
- Restore faults and proactively maintain network infrastructure for both fixed and wireless
- Plan operational readiness and acceptance for new projects and configurations.
- Support 24/7 operation, manages Technicians activity, and resolves issues before it get escalated
- Engage with OEM / ISPs /contractor and define objectives on incident management
- Schedules routine preventive maintenance to avoid major incident and fault occurrence.
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with the required procedures and standards on network activities including the installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining and testing of network systems and solutions
