About the Role:
A high‑profile Federal Government program is seeking multiple experienced Infrastructure Engineers to support implementing, managing and retiring the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of network issues, providing expert advice on preventative strategies.
- Ensure all support requests are actioned and outstanding problems are managed.
