You take ownership of day-to-day operations, incident response, and infrastructure reliability, and you are comfortable working hands-on with both on-prem and cloud-based networks. You thrive in environments where operational excellence, security best practices, and continuous improvement are critical, and you collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or IT Operations roles.
Strong hands-on experience operating and supporting Cisco networking and security environments.
