About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and bilingual Network Engineer to join a global mining organization in Peru. In this role, you will contribute to overseeing and supporting the company's network and security infrastructure, ensuring best practices are followed, and integrating these systems with broader enterprise cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical network service management and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for 2nd/3rd line escalation of client service requests.
• Manage incidents within business hours in Peru, enhancing global infrastructure management capacity.
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level LAN/WAN/WLAN support, with a preference for Cisco Network Infrastructure, to increase responsiveness.
• Understand and manage components of the tech stack, including Cisco for LAN and WAN/SD-WAN, Huawei LAN equipment, and SonicWall Firewalls.
