Network Engineer

Overview

Job Summary As a Network Engineer you’ll be responsible for delivering both projects and operational support to the organization's global network of sites. You will coordinate with organization's support staff, third parties, and carriers on Level-1 and above portions of the network, from end-users utilizing VPN connections, our Regional Sales Offices, Distribution Centers, and Headquarters Staff to cloud service providers. This is a hands-on role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Network Engineering team to deliver operational support and tactical projects in a reliable and predictable manner.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring and backup of network devices utilizing SolarWinds Orion.
• Coordinate circuit installations, upgrades, handoffs, terminations, and troubleshooting with carriers and LECs.
