Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you'll handle technical escalations, support infrastructure and cloud systems, and collaborate on projects that drive business resilience and security. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations across global networks while mentoring peers and strengthening security standards.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• Intermediate to expert skills in FortiGate and Meraki (other firewalls are a plus)
• Intermediate understanding of networking
• Experience with MSP, UC (VoIP), and SOC environments

Technical Escalations

• Handle escalations from L1/L2 engineers, particularly involving servers, networks, cloud services, and business-critical systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and share knowledge with L1 and peers.
