About the Role
Qualifications
- Education related to Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Telecoms or Network Operations .
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- CCNA-level knowledge or certification
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Cisco switching/routing, and wireless LAN .
- Familiarity with firewall (FW), intrusion prevention (NIPS), F5 loadbalancing and Proxy .
- Good communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Plus Points
- ITIL Foundation/Certification is a plus.
