Role: Network Engineer

Contractors will provide a 24x7 follow the sun model to support OCI's Regional Network

Responsibilities

• Identify incident patterns and drive for problem resolution.
• Drive continuous improvements of the networking service, drive automation to manage the scale and continue to optimize the efforts through appropriate tooling and automation.
• Respond to high priority incidents, troubleshoot with engineers from various groups, gather and provide forensic data for security-based incidents, and create post-mortem documentation as needed.
• Provide technical expertise to perform root cause analysis of service interrupting incidents; develop and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.

• 3- 12Years of relevant experience in networking technologies driving large scale, date driven projects is highly desirable.
