The Network Engineer will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure, ensuring the stability and performance of enterprise-level networks. This role requires in-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background and experience in network operations and knowledgeable of network technologies. Workload will be 70% operations and 30% project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for network-related issues escalated from L1, performing detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior engineers and managed service/vendor, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
