About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support LAN/WAN network operations (BAU & new implementations)
- Troubleshoot L2/L3 network issues, especially Fortinet/FortiGate & VPN
- Monitor network performance and apply tuning & patches
- Document incidents and resolutions
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in Network Engineering / Network Support
- Strong knowledge of routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Hands-on with Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus), Firewalls (Fortinet, ASA, Checkpoint)
- Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, VoIP, QoS
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer / Telecommunication
Certifications (Plus):
CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, ITIL, PMP
Prefer candidates with strong Fortinet & VPN troubleshooting
experience.
