Network Engineer

Job Description:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of our voice network infrastructure. This includes the design, deployment, and maintenance of systems such as AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways, as well as the administration of Cisco CUCM and CME environments. Key responsibilities include call routing configuration, endpoint provisioning, performance monitoring, and providing advanced technical support.

The role also involves documenting system configurations and processes to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality voice services. Close collaboration with cross-functional IT teams is essential to ensure seamless system integration.

Required and Preferred Skills:

• Required: AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, Cisco CUCM
• Preferred: Experience with Media Gateways and Cisco CME

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
