About the Role
As a Network Support Engineer, you will monitor and support client retail branch networks and applications from our developing operations center (NOC setup). This hands-on role involves real-time monitoring using our current tools, fast troubleshooting of network issues, and first-level support for locally installed ERP-integrated Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. The emphasis is on practical, quick fixes in a fast-paced retail environment to minimize any impact on sales or daily store activities. You'll work with basic-to-moderate monitoring setups, remote tools, and direct communication with branch staff.
Key Responsibilities
