About the Role

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining cutting-edge communication networks to support a DOD Air Force Program. This position is fully on-site in Hampton, VA and has a Top Secret Level Clearance. 
Responsibilities of the Network Engineer include:
Design and develop voice, video, radio frequency, and data communications networks to support mission-critical operations. 
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and less-experienced engineers. 
Define network specifications, input/output processes, and hardware/software compatibility parameters. 
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in network engineering.
