Network Engineer

What You'll Work On:

• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, network optimization.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Providing hands-on network support for production issues related to Colo/trading, office, and data center environments
• Network Automation which includes pushing/updating configuration of multiple infra devices
• Support and Administer firewall environments
• Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
• Provide direct technical support of Linux and related technology in a production/live trading environment
• Provide direct technical support for networking issues and related areas in the production/live trading environment on Linux servers.
• Knowledge of Multicast routing, PIM, IGMP protocols etc.
