About the Role

Responsibilities:

 

• Support senior network engineers in incident response and troubleshooting efforts. 

• Assist in monitoring network performance and reacting to alerts and system events. 

• Help investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues related to the network. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NOC, onboarding, and engineering. 

• Document resolutions and maintain updated network documentation.

 • Participate in on-call support rotation (as needed and trained).

   

Requirements: 

  • Implement and manage dynamic routing protocols including BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
  • Manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching features such as VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), EtherChannel, VRRP / HSRP, Link Aggregation, and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS).
