General and Specialized Tasks

Performing all tasks related to installation and configuration of network equipment and user devices

Participating in network management operations and handling all network devices
3.
Knowledge of how to use all support tools and means used to provide technical support
4.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
5.
Providing technical support for user devices and their accessories and maintaining them, including printers and networks
6.
Monitoring all network devices and servers and ensuring their high-quality performance and stability
