About the Role
Job Description The Network Deployment Lead will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of network deployment activities, ensuring that telecom infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in telecom networks, and the ability to manage contractors, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
Oversee technical work for new site builds, upgrades, overlays, microwave radio swaps, sector additions, azimuth changes, relocations, and line‑of‑sight (LOS) activities.
Review technical work orders across IP, Transmission (TX), and Radio Frequency (RF) domains to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare, issue, and review Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy for deployment activities.
Work directly with contractors during equipment installation and provide on‑site support as required.
