Network Care Center Admin

As a Network Care Center Administrator, you will play a central role in managing our charger network operations, ensuring optimal performance, quick incident resolution, and a seamless experience for both customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor charger network performance and infrastructure using network management tools.
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to internal teams or vendors as needed.
Respond promptly to customer and stakeholder concerns in real time.
Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and network enhancements.
Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge management for operational continuity.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support incident response.
Support system administration, log reviews, and preventive checks.
Minimum Qualifications:
