About the Role
• Work with our DISA Network Architects to develop configurations that support test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for introducing advanced networking technologies into the DISN
• Review the current architecture and perform future strategic engineering to shape the next technology refresh to meet emerging customer requirements and integrate with other DISA efforts across the Department
• Collect requirements for DISA and DoD initiatives
• Review pre-implementation activities for potential technology insertions or integrations in support of enterprise initiatives to comply with DOD security strategies
• Provide written detailed technical analysis in support of expanded cyber security capabilities based upon customers requirements and DoD priorities
• Design architectural changes and developing technical approaches for new services
