We are currently working with a major utilities organisation, they are currently looking for a Network & Telephony Lead to join the organisation assisting with the delivery of their IT infrastructure and service management outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to multiple project teams, including 3rd parties, to deliver solutions on time and within defined quality/scope. Manage the delivery of Network and Telephony services to meet their ongoing business requirements. Lead the outsourced team (vendors) to ensure that Network and Telephony services are operated to expected outcomes, including adherence to SLA's.
