About the Role

The NetSuite System Administrator & DevOps is responsible for the configuration, administration, continuous improvement, and business-as-usual support of the NetSuite platform, which integrates with Salesforce CRM and Certinia PSA. The NetSuite System Administrator & DevOps will also support deployment, hypercare, and transition to run for NetSuite rollouts. Reporting to the Head of Business Applications & Information Management, this role combines system administration, release management, and technical customization to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs in close partnership with Finance and Business stakeholders.
Activities and Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite environment, including user management, security settings, roles, permissions, subsidiaries, and environments (production and sandboxes).
