About the Role
We are a boutique NetSuite consulting firm specializing in outsourced NetSuite support, administration, and optimization for a portfolio of active clients across multiple industries. We are seeking a highly hands on NetSuite Support Lead to serve as a core member of our client support team.
This is a client facing, execution focused role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in day to day NetSuite operations, solving issues in real time, and working closely with users and stakeholders.
Role Overview
The NetSuite Support Lead will act as a primary support and administration resource across multiple client environments. This role is highly hands on and requires strong troubleshooting ability, excellent client communication, and deep NetSuite configuration experience.
