The Programmer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining front and back-end software applications/systems, ensuring they meet the required users' specifications.

Coordinates with the Project and Process Management Section on specifications of software applications/systems for development or enhancement.

Resolves any escalated incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.

Supports Business Analysts in conducting applications/systems orientation to users.

Participates in the designing and creation of ideal software solutions.

Writes clean and functional code on the front and back end.

Reviews codes to ensure their quality and maintainability.

Prepares development, test, and production environments.
