The role focuses on leading development teams, driving Azure cloud enablement, and ensuring high-performance, secure, and integration-ready solutions.Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using the .NET technology stack. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable deliverables. Architect secure, high-performance solutions aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, and quality guidelines. Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web APIs.
