About the Role
I’m looking for a friendly IT helper to troubleshoot a few issues at home. The tasks include diagnosing a slow laptop, removing unnecessary software, and ensuring my Wi-Fi router is securely configured. I’d prefer someone who can explain what they’re doing in simple terms and can complete the work in a few hours. Please bring any essential tools and be able to work with Windows 10/11 or macOS. It would be great if you can also set up basic data backups and answer a couple of quick questions about keeping my devices safe online.
