Need help cleaning my computer and optimizing performance

About the Role
Hi there, I’m looking for someone to give my desktop a thorough cleaning and performance tune-up. It’s a mid-2018 PC running Windows 11, and I’ve noticed it’s slowed down with startup times and fan noise. I’d like a hands-on cleanup: dusting the interior, cleaning and reapplying thermal paste if needed, organizing files, removing bloatware, updating drivers, and optimizing startup programs. Please assess any hardware concerns and provide simple maintenance tips I can follow. I’d prefer a calm, patient approach and to have the system backed up before making changes. If you offer on-site visits, that would be ideal, but remote guidance is also fine.
