NCTL Contract Professional

Overview

The Contract Professional Level 3 performs formal management of contracts with high complexity, so that projects and ongoing operations are delivered safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Labour Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead the NCTL labour program across all project phases, ensuring alignment with approved labour strategies, agreements, and project objectives; Translate labour policy, Project Labour Agreements, Community Benefit commitments, and legal guidance into clear, executable project plans; Establish program governance, workplans, and controls for labour-related activities, including staffing, deliverables, and performance management; Direct and oversee labour staff and consultants, including work assignment, prioritization, and performance oversight.
