Job Description Position: NCT Engineer     Well Established Singapore Manufacturing MNC Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:15am – 6:00pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM5,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Monthly Transport Allowance of RM50 Provided Annual Increment Based on Performance Review Working Location: Kulai   Outpatient Medical Benefits Provided Duration: Permanent Industry: Manufacturing     Main Responsibilities: Analyze and improve nesting strategies for Turret Punching and Laser Cutting to minimize scrap rates and optimize sheet metal utilization. Optimize the sequence and parameters for Polishing and Flattening to reduce manual labor and ensure parts are perfectly prepped for joining. Refine Welding (TIG/MIG/Spot) and Riveting parameters to increase structural integrity while reducing thermal distortion and assembly cycle times.
