Programme Design & Development
Lead the development of biodiversity and nature conservation strategies and landscape-based programmes aligned to the company’s Biodiversity and Nature policy, strategy and targets.Working with relevant internal teams and external service providers to identify high-priority ecosystems, species, and freshwater resources within and around operational landscapes through risk assessments, field surveys, and data analysis.Incorporate international frameworks and standards (e.g., TNFD, SBTN, Ramsar, IUCN, IPBES) into programme design to ensure alignment with global best practice.Integrate climate adaptation objectives into biodiversity projects to build long-term ecological and operational resilience.Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for biodiversity and nature conservation initiatives.Partnerships & Collaboration
