National Support Specialist, Real Property

Reporting to the Leader, Real Property Initiatives, the National Support Specialist, RPMS, provides integral support to developing and managing the rollout of RPMS service line initiatives. The National Support Specialist is responsible for planning, delivering, transitioning, and sustaining national RPMS initiatives, such as training and policy development, to meet service line objectives and goals. The National Support Specialist prepares general and technical resources that support DCC practitioners involved in portfolio management support, facility management, maintenance planning, development planning, energy management and the delivery of spatial data services. The incumbent also develops creative solutions to problems, manages project risks, develops strong working relationships with stakeholders, and ensures the service line supports cross-team collaboration, and quality and timeliness of deliverables.
