National Sales Manager

BP’s Fleet Fuel card & ANZ business is accelerating—and this role puts you at the centre of that growth. As the leader of our NZ Fuel card Sales Team, you’ll drive performance across traditional fuel products and future fuels such as EV charging, hydrogen, and renewable fuels. You’ll lead major business development efforts to win new Fuel card business, strengthen customer relationships, and grow our market share. You’ll provide country leadership, support your team, and act as a trusted advisor for key customer queries.

What You Will Deliver

• Lead the New Zealand Fleet (Fuel card) business, delivering 500M litres annually and achieving margin, volume, retention, and growth targets.
• Own P&L performance through pricing management, profitability oversight, and strategic business development to support your Customer organisation and Midstream supply goals.
