National Operations Manager

Looking for an experienced National Operations Manager to oversee production, compliance, and standards at factories countrywide. Must have 5-10 years experience with a focus on OHSA, ISO compliance, and production systems.

Key Performance Areas:

• Oversee production of manufactured product in terms of Systems demands and quality control
• Sustaining acceptable work standards, discipline and housekeeping of factories countrywide
• Ensuring specific compliance to all legislative requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act in particular and other relevant legislation in general
• Implementing and improving systems and standards at factories in order to ensure satisfactory production standards.
• Ensure the implementation of SOPs and policies to keep required standards.
