Job Description :

Report to: Chief Information Officer

Summary:
• Ensure the company’s business system always run smoothly, manage IT assets, manage policy and information security, control project implementation and observe team performance.

Responsibilities:
• Observe and coordinate with all involved department to ensure the performance of the company’s Business Systems is always stable and in line with company network and physical security policies.
• Ensure service levels are aligned to business objectives
• Maintain and improve IT policies and procedures
• Observe all service providers on regular basis to deliver the agreed Service Level Objectives
• Record, protect and refresh IT assets to deliver the agreed Service Levels.
