TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES * Understanding the overall data extraction/transformation/load process of existing ADP clients & new logos for NexGen ADP application * Developing the overall process of Data & Balance conversion on Data Lake and other Implementation Tools. * Providing support & fixes for any issues for any issues while loading data/balances. * Creation of functional specification documents from existing interfaces (reverse engineering). * Impact analysis of the product in case of any objects are changed. * Fit-gap analysis for the interfaces between different ADP products. * Co-coordinating with the client, Business Analysts & Forklift team while data loads * Document challenges and suggest enhancements during data mining. * Work with the team manager to build efficiencies in data/automation/balances team. ##LI-DNI
