Nanny

I have 4 kids. Grades 9,7,2 and 1. My oldest is old enough to watch. However, I still want her to enjoy her childhood and the littles get home an hour earlier than the big girls. I have shared custody with my ex, and I have an oilfield job. I need to be at work before 6:30 in the morning and so require someone here around 5:40 before I leave as my 5 ( soon 6 year old) will get up most times and cry for me.
This will only be two days a week. A Wednesday/ Thursday. And then the following Tuesday/ Wednesday. From 5:40am till just after 8 am. Then 2:45 to get the littles off the bus at 3, make dinner and I arrive at 5.
So 5.5hr days during the school year.
I pay $1,000 a month.
