Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT infrastructure hosting services, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure to meet business needs.
Implement and manage robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and enforce operational procedures, standards, and best practices for hosting services.
Monitor and manage service levels, uptime, and performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met.
Drive incident management and root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Run bridge calls during the outages with standard procedures.
