About the Role
The Investment Trading Technology (ITT) team supports Treasury & Markets (T&M) and is looking for an experienced professional to support Murex 3.1 applications.
Murex is a leading platform for global trading, risk management, and trade processing, supporting multiple asset classes across Front Office, Risk, and Back Office in a complex multi-environment setup.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for Murex / MLC / Risk users (FO, BO, Finance)
Own and resolve high-severity production incidents end-to-end
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless support delivery
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term, preventive solutions
Support Murex version upgrades and release activities following best practices
