Job Description
The mission of the Functional Support Analyst will be under the control of a support leader to :
Support Murex Front office users : assist users worldwide (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulatory/Compliance, ) with responsiveness and efficiency,Monitor & follow up Murex Production chain (End of Day Reporting, Performance optimization, Process securitization & robustness),Analyze, investigate & resolve production issues with collaboration with Vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams,Regularly communicate the production status with Murex clients, ensure the quality of service and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support analyst team.
