An opportunity is available for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead a busy mechanical operation in Canberra. This is a hands-on role combining diesel mechanical work with team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise diesel mechanics and subcontractors
- Diagnose faults across heavy vehicles and plant
- Prioritise workloads and manage maintenance schedules
- Coordinate parts purchasing and suppliers
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
About You:
- Cert III in Automotive Diesel (or equivalent)
- HR licence (HC/MC desirable)
