About the Role
Job Purpose:
Execute communication strategies that will effectively communicate HR initiatives and engage its target audience. This includes creative direction, copywriting, content and design planning and execution, as well as to ensure that the creative output is aligned with the communications plan and company branding. This is in order to keep employees well-informed and motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the communications team and other involved stakeholders in conceptualizing communication strategies
- Create content for outbound correspondences via email, website, portals and social or digital media platforms
- Develop and disseminate employee relations materials that will increase the visibility of HR initiatives and other people-related and company-wide programs to internal and external audiences
