The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy Team working across social housing properties.
This role involves carrying out a variety of trades to ensure properties are brought back up to a lettable standard within set timeframes. You will be working within an established maintenance contractor delivering high-quality works across an extensive housing portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader who is confident working independently and completing full property refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out multi-trade works
* Completing full void refurbishments to lettable standards
* Carpentry (doors, locks, kitchens, skirting, architraves)
* Basic plumbing (taps, toilets, sinks, pipework)
* Patch plastering and making good
* Painting & decorating where required
* Ensuring all works are completed within target turnaround...
