About the Role
Qualified Multi-Skilled Trader (Carpentry & Plumbing Focus)
Location: Bracknell (and surrounding towns)
Salary: £38,500 + Call-out/Standby Payments
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Team
We are a leading housing provider dedicated to turning empty properties into warm, welcoming homes. Our Empty Homes (Voids) Team is the engine room of our property lifecycle. We work efficiently alongside in-house trades, sub-contractors, and housing lettings teams to ensure that vacant properties are repaired, safety-checked, and handed over to new residents to the highest possible standards.
Due to team expansion, we have two exciting opportunities for pro-active, highly motivated, and professional Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our busy team.
