Multi Trade Operative

Job Summary

We are looking for a committed individual to join our team as a Multi Trade operative, preferably with reactive and responsive maintenance experience. The successful applicant will be a team player who can also work independently, must be able to work to high standards in both the work delivered and customer/client relations, and possess a can-do attitude and flexibility. Excellent communication skills, report writing, and experience of working from a PDA are required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Liaising with the scheduling team and Operations Manager.
• Responding to emergency and planned call-outs.

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Plumbing – fault finding and repairs on plumbing, toilets, taps, sinks, leaks, and blockages; escape of water, making safe and repairs.
• Carpentry – repairs and installation of doors and door furniture, including panic bars, handles, locks and door closers.
