About the Role

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will support our maintenance team in delivering practical repair and upkeep services across residential and commercial properties. 

You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a wide range of maintenance tasks while completing a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship, a nationally recognised qualification.

Duties: Assist with general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and basic electrical repairs.
Support the team in responding to repair requests and completing scheduled maintenance.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
